I wear US11 men's shoes and bought the 11-12 for my Merrell Ventilators. These were a perfect fit and didn't require any trimming. While this was good news for me, it means it is too small for those looking for insoles in size 12. You will have to go up a size. The insoles are still too thick in my opinion. I can feel my heel rolling around a bit more versus the standard Merrell insoles (which basically are the paper thin styrofoam insoles that most shoes come with).I had to get new insoles because my Merrell insoles started to stink badly. I think they used cheap foam/fabric that wasn't treated or designed to fight odors. I don't want to sound like "my stuff don't stink" but I don't have body odors and never wear deodorant. I can wear the same socks for over a week, or run with the same pair of shoes for 800 miles and they'd still smell neutral. Yet, these Merrells were only less than 2 months old and stank to high heaven (sour/sweaty smell). The gel pads on these insoles provide some cushioning but it would have been better if it were half the thickness.Overall: 4/5 stars - a bit small for those looking to get a size 12, I didn't have to trim them at all for my US11 Merrell boots.
i’ve had these caps for over a year (please note that i only train on pointe for about an hour once a week or so) and they are still holding up very well. they are my absolute favorite toe caps, and they help me a lot from sinking into my shoe (which was a big problem with my very narrow feet). they can get a little bit sweaty, but i really have no complaints with these :)
I like using these arch supports when wearing my gym shoes...They are comfortable and give my flat arch a little boost...They stay in place remarkably well...I put them in the washer but not the dryer..They do eventually wear out but hold up well...I wear a pair for maybe a year...I have enough room in my shoes for them when I loosen up the laces...
For a while I was wondering why my feet , knee and back hurt so bad from wearing a pair of New Balance and it turned out to be a sole insert issue. Did my research and found this performance set and decided to give it a try - what a great discovery and this insole made a night and day difference in the same pair. I can now wear this all day walking around in the city or hiking. Love this pair of short insert and would highly recommend it !
These heel cups were exactly what I needed to prevent chafing on my feet. I use them in ballet flats that came up too high on my foot and rubbed it in the wrong way. By elevating my foot, the shoe falls in a good place and now they are comfortable to wear! The sticky part on the bottom is important. They prevent the heel cup from sliding. Try to put it in the right place the first time. I changed the position a few times on the first one I bought, making it lose its stickiness, so it slid in my shoe. The other one hadn't lost its stickiness and was working great, so I bought another pair! I'm using these in two pairs of shoes now and am very happy with them. Even if they eventually lose their stickiness, I would definitely buy them again.
These high quality feet cushions are very luxurious. As a busy student that is always on my feet, this products allows me to walk miles across campus with minimal discomfort. They are very easy to use and a great investment. If you are always on the move you should use this product. I love how soft and durable they are and how they stay in place. If you do a lot of running, you need these for the great shock absorption they offer. These would make a great gift for you loved ones that suffer from pain in the feet.
The insoles had a Runner's World 2019 recommendation. According the the manufacturer (Marketing Manager), these insoles are designed for those with good feet looking for some extra comfort in their athletic shoes. These are NOT for those who have foot problems. Order specific to gender. Women's insoles are not smaller men's, but insoles designed for women's feet.I am 5'10', 195 lbs, wearing Saucony Cohesion 11 wide. I only pay $30-35 for these shoes. The medium size (11-12) insole slipped into my shoe without trimming. It's cozy, but not cramped. I put the new insoles in an older pair of shoes that still have life, except that the insole was barely good for walking. I have well over 200 miles on these shoes.I was going to test them out with a 7.5 mile run, but decided to do 13.2 miles. The insoles held up and worked just fine.
I recently had bunion surgery and my doctor has me wearing night time splints. I purchased these splints for something that would last. I am delighted with this product, they offer great support and comfort, plus they give excellent arch support. I was going to purchase less expensive ones but I am so happy I chose these.
I developed Plantars Fasciitis from walking for exercise. I've had it before wearing deck shoes. So I stopped walking, and about 75% of the pain went away. Bought these inserts, and the rest of the pain went away in a few days, and has stayed gone. They aren't soft or spongey, but they are comfortable enough. I still wear them, even though the pain is gone, and I'm walking, playing ball, doing everything again...no pain.
I use these in my umpire shoes (both plate and base shoes). Some days, I'm on my feet all day and these are fantastic. I probably wait too long before replacing my insoles (about a full year) and when I first put these in I was walking on air. I have suffered plantar fasciitis in the past and these, with the plastic arch support, keep that from happening.
My Dad has been having a hard time with a severe bunion but doesn’t want to go through surgery. I saw someone singing the praises of these & decided to get a set for him. They made an instant difference! He can wear them in socks/shoes, he says he can’t even feel that it’s on, other than it’s comfortable. No irritation to his sensitive skin, no more blisters from his toes rubbing! His big toe doesn’t even touch his second toe when he takes these off at night. Thank you so much for helping my Dad!
It's tighter than another brand I bought but I like the difference. It allows me to use the one appropriate to the level of pain I have. I do wish it was longer so it covers more of my foot. For what these things are - big elastic - they are all over priced.
For the price these are great insoles. I'm a heavy man, about 280 pounds, and I put these in my work boots. I'm on my feet at work about 6 to 8 hours a day and before these insoles my feet would hurt after work. After these insoles they don't hurt, but still have some fatigue. I think the fatigue is just my weight and the amount of time I spend on my feet because no matter the shoe or insole my feet are tired after work. For the price, I'll be changing these up every 3 months or so to keep up the support.
Brilliant things , I’m newly diagnosed diabetic and was getting rough and calloused fingers so I put a little moisturiser on and slipped these on and made such a difference, they are waterproof and are very comfortable and blend in with the colour of your skin
I walk several blocks back and forth to my university 5 days out of the week, and around campus a lot, so my feet can sometimes get annoyingly blistered too often. I wanted to try this just to see if it made my daily walk a bit easier. They're definitely worth the buy, for me at least. They cover the exact spot I get blisters, and add a bit of cushion so that there's not as much chafing. Though, they do make my feet sweat a bit more for whatever reason. Anyways, I'd recommend.
These have helped my feet so much. I keep them in my work bag, and as soon as I feel that stabbing, achy pain in my foot, I slap these bad boys on and get almost immediate relief. I even got my coworker started on using these and she says they are the only thing that has helped her foot pain.
I will wear these for a day or 2 and then my bunions won't ache for at least a month! Comfortable enough to wear with shoes but I usually wear them to bed so I don't even notice them being on and the relief is long lasting!
I took a star off because It doesn’t fit snugly on my feet. I do have narrow feet but I wish the band would be tighter. I have to keep a sock on/around it so it doesn’t slip. However, it definitely eliminated my pain when wearing.
They get a lot of things stuck to them so i recommend wearing them with socks on at all times, but other than that they completely releive my foot pain! (Healed incorrectly after a zip line incident...) Highly recommend!
I liked that these weren’t just pads, that they had a toe ring attachment to ensure that they stay in place! Been wearing these and have to say that they’re keeping my feet happy! Be weary that it does cause your foot pads to be thicker, so your shoes may become a bit tight. After wearing these for a couple weeks, they've helped with long walks and also with my shoes that are slightly bigger.Extra points that they came with a gel pad pair (without toe ring). You do have to wash these though, as they're of a different material than gel and does get dirtier quicker.
These are great quality inserts. My reason for giving 4 stars is how thick they are. While this would typically be a good thing it makes my shoes (flats) much tighter. Would be great in an athletic shoe.
Bro...I work an active job, and also run long distance and train boxing in my spare time (Youtube "Streetbeefs Uptime")Needless to say, I have all kinds of fancy boots, sneakers, and loafers for every occasion...New Balance is my favorite brand for running, especially the Minimus line for over a decade now.Anyways, over the years I have also purchased and swapped out dozens of aftermarket insoles into every shoe...always looking for the most comfort and support throughout the day.I only have one pair of these that I have been switching from shoe to shoe...and bro...they have changed my life! They are super tough, super comfortable, springy, and have yet to bottom out...even through pounding them during shifts at the airport, long distance running, and bouncing up and down during boxing. Its been about 2 or 3 months also...incredible! The dull ache I pretty much always have in my feet during the week is GONEAnyways, finally getting another pair, just to keep the good vibes going, lolthanks for this amazing product
after using the same orthotics for ages much to the dismay of my PT she finally convinced to invest in a new pair. I've had ankle, hip, and knee surgery along with back problems. I have flat feet and over flexibility in my joints leads me to favor the ins of my feet. I've used these for the past 3 weeks just in the gym and the difference is incredible. I can get through a workout without my feet curling in pain and feel so much more stable.
Very good product ! At first I stuck them on the wrong way and thought “Wait this doesn’t feel right” and then turned them around and the fit and feel was perfect ! Easy to peel off and easy to stick right on the shoe. No slip either, these cushions stay in place. Perfect to wear with high heels to a wedding! You will be comfortable and no sore feet or blisters at the end of the night ! Thank you Calceus😊
I used this product to reduce the recent pain I feel on the balls of my feet. The pads are easy to install. Do they make a difference? Not immediately apparent. Pain seems slightly lessened in one foot. I can't feel the pads' softness, at least through my rather thick calluses.
Day 6 and I have finally started to feel pain relief. At first I didnt like them but my Husband told me to power through it. Soooo glad I did. I think my Plantar issue's are going to be a thing of the past. I will always purchase these for all my shoes.
I bought these for some heels I planned on wearing while as a bridesmaid in a wedding. Of course I forgot to put them in and couldn’t test them out so my mother did! She loves them! She has issues with her feet and put them in her boots. The only thing I wish is that they lasted longer. My mom shared that they gave out support within 30 days.
Let me tell you when I say that i practically have inner-ankles that touch the ground, baybee! It is rough. It doesn't help that I have been overweight since having children so I am sure that has helped tear down my ankles. PLUS, I used to dance and taught myself to walk without rolling me ankles but I think I made my foot condition worse by doing so. Maybe, maybe not but bottom line is I can't go terribly far without pain in feet, ankles and ultimately calves because of how I walkThen here comes these orthotics! Small enough to put in my cute boots and sneakers without feeling squeezed out. They are lightweight and just slipped right into my shoes. I did not take off the sticky pad cover because I am inter-changing the orthotics into other shoes. So far, and a few days in, I am in love. I look forward to my trip in June where walking will surely be a part of my daily activity. No more dreading those steps because of foot and ankle pain!
I frequently have foot pain, so I purchased the plantar fasciitis insoles to cushion my feet and support my arch. They slipped easily into my shoes. At first the pronounced arch support was a bit difficult to get used to, but now my feet hurt less, so I would have to say this was a good purchase.
