I've had plantar fasciitis on and off for years. I've tried sleeping with the boot, the special socks, inserts, etc. Nothing really helped, though. I decided to buy these as a last attempt to find something that would alleviate the pain when I walk. The first time I wore these, I noticed a little bit of relief, but not significant. The 3rd time wearing these, though, I noticed a HUGE difference! (The instructions do say that you need to wear them in.) I'm actually walking, not limping anymore!

I like using these arch supports when wearing my gym shoes...They are comfortable and give my flat arch a little boost...They stay in place remarkably well...I put them in the washer but not the dryer..They do eventually wear out but hold up well...I wear a pair for maybe a year...I have enough room in my shoes for them when I loosen up the laces...

Provide support. I wish they were a bit more pressure from the band. But great product

As soon as I put these on my feet, I was able to walk barefoot without pain. I usually have to wear heels everywhere because my arches are so high that it causes me substantial pain to be barefoot or wearing flat shoes. I could barely even walk straight without pain or wobbling or not being able to keep my feet on the ground. These are life savers. It worked for me, and I was really regretting my purchase after I made it because I've been tight on money, but these are worth the cash. I can finally walk barefoot without agonizing pain or embarrassing balance problems.

I have Morton's Neuroma in both feet and have been through cortisone, surgical alcohol injections, orthotics which rolled my foot over, different running shoes and these simple supports work the best

Didn't think it would, but they help a lot. I wear them all day and I suffer so much less! I do need to buy another set, these are getting stinky.

These silly things work. Get them placed properly on your foot by sliding them on over socks and test walk around the house. These make it possible for us weak arch folks to wear very flat bottomed shoes. Would definitely buy again.

These are excellent for barefoot exercising. Sewn together with 'real thread' and good snug fit. Worth the the extra bucks for barefoot training.

These have saved me after years of struggling with a broken foot with a damaged arch. I realize they may not work for everyone (because I keep pushing them to anyone I know who struggles with a broken arch). But for me when orthotics, socks and foot slings failed, these came to the rescue.

These arch supports are great! They fit over your foot and you can adjust to fit by moving up or down or a little sideways. Much better than shoe inserts. You can use them with any shoe.

Definitely a must for flat arches. Has helped with my knee pain due to flat arches

I tried these out and they are wonderful when you don't have room in your shoe for an orthotic. I have next to no arch now and my feet are really uncomfortable barefoot around the house (we only have wood and tile floors). "Comfort" sandals help but I can wear these around barefoot all day and night and my feet feel great - not tired at all. Once I tried one pair, I had to have more. Was lucky enough to find some for less than retail but would be willing to buy at that price in order to always have a pair. Even when they wear down a little, they're still great for me - any arch is better than none. I love them.
