Great Price and perfect fit - Wear them almost daily along with some others and my feet feel so much better. Being on my feet all day long, running around I used to get tired and sore a lot - but not anymore. Thank you.
I absolutely love these, bought a pair for all my regular wear shoes and will likely buy more for all my shoes. Theyre foam but iv found they haven't broke even though i put them through 40 minutes of hill climbing every day and theyre very comfortable, a bit thick mind you. If you buy these dont expect to put them on top of your current insoles, they replace them completely but they fit my 10.5US size shoes perfectly with no need to cut or anything, and the slightly sticky gel pads on the bottom make it stick in place inside the shoes very well.
Transformed my cheap Fila sneakers into decent exercise shoes. These soles have excellent padding on both the heals and the balls of the feet. I jump rope for exercise, and these are perfect. One thing to be careful of: my cheap sneakers had soles that were so thin that when replaces, the shoes felt a little tighter than before. Still perfectly comfortable. Also, these soles in comparison to the old soles keep my shoes less smelly. My shoe size is 12 an size these fit perfectly.
This review is for the men's size 11-12.5I normally wear a men's 11.5D (Med), and these inserts fit perfectly in my Merrell's Moab2 Ventilators (hiking), my ASICS Men's GEL Venture 5 trail-Running shoe and my ASICS GT2000 street running shoes. I use the "Men's ATHLETE Performance " in all three, and I couldn't be happier. This model is the perfect blend of gel and foam, with the gel pads being nicely placed in the ares that helped me the most. Specially the "fat-pads." These also helped cushion the tips of my toes when I run up-hill. (However, it would be nice if they extended the front blue gel pad by one one more strip, so the forward fat-pads are better cushioned).I thought the arch was perfect for me, and I'd consider myself as having an average (medium) arch. I did not find them too thick, however I did have to adjust my laces in the running shoes to make a little room. The 11-12.5 size that I bought did not have to be trimmed at all, and it mirrored the original insoles from the above three shoes perfectly.I should add that I was so impressed with these inserts that I decided to 'upgrade' to the "Men's AIRR Performance" model, but I found the arches a bit too stiff, which made them a tab bit uncomfortable for me, so I'll be sticking with these. I've also compared these to some slightly cheaper brands, and although most were close, I found these to be of better quality.
I should have bought these the minute I purchased my new work boots. The boots I bought had a standard sole that fell apart when I started using them, after about a year or so. If I had these a year ago, I would have enjoyed using my boots much more because they honestly make my boots feel like the ASICS I use everyday which have great soles in them and that I can wear all day without any foot fatigue. If you enjoy working, and you want your feet to feel great after work, these are the soles for you. I was surprised because they were the exact same size as the soles that came with my boots, to the extent of a tolerance of a 1/16 of an inch.
Update 6/20/17:I'm knocking off a star because the more I used these, the more my feet hurt. They're cheap and an improvement at least for basic tasks such as walking, an upgrade over the stock insoles in my shoes. For the high intensity higher impact stuff, they just ended up not being adequate.----So just over a month ago I committed to working working out everyday and losing weight, and I've stuck to it and have been successful so far.Anyway I figured, I'm going to get some great shoes for running and exercise in general. So I bought these expensive Nike airmax shoes that I figured would be great and everything be amazing.I like the way they fit, and they feel good enough to walk in. But as I did more intense activity my feet would absolutely kill me part way through the workout and after. For awhile I thought I had a mild sprain in my foot. Then i realized the insoles were a super extra firm thin piece of foam/rubber. I thought that was surely the weak link.So I ordered these and they're basically the exact same size (so direct replacement, I'm a size 12 mens and got the size 11-12.5 ones)Long story short, they're amazing. The shoes are so much more comfortable and no more foot pain agony whenever I do higher impact activities. Money well spent! The main difference between these and the originals is there's a lot more material (thicker) in the heel area and it's softer.
A good product and a reasonable price.
This is the first time I've tried a replacement insole of any sort. I walk 4-5 miles / day and after about 2 years of use, my ASICS sneakers began to give me blisters on the balls of my feet, plus making my feet sore for the rest of the morning. These new inserts - size 9-10.5 mens fit perfectly in my size 9 shoes (after I pulled out the surprisingly flat old insoles). I was uncertain at first, since they weren't as squishy soft as I had expected, but after walking with them this week, I'm amazed. My feet feel perfectly fine after each walk and there's no pain in the balls of my feet. Yay! I'm wondering how long they'll last, but even if I have to replace these insoles every 6 months, it'll be well worth it.
I use these in both my running and work shoes. They are a perfect fit into the size range described as well as being much better than the base insoles that I had in the shoes originally. They feel soft but firm and after 5 months are still the same amount of comfort. I stand/walk 8 hours a day at my job and my feet never get sore after using these shoes when before they would be killer in the insoles that they came with. For running/jogging these insoles increase the comfort of my jogs 10 fold than the insoles that were previously in my Asics RoadHawks. All in all great Insoles would definitely recommend.
**Update**I have worn these insoles in both my hiking shoes and my running shoes. Comparing them with the old ones, I see a drastic improvement in comfort. This could be because the old ones were warn-out. Either way not upset and would consider buying again if the price remains the same.————————————————-I have not yet worn these out yet, only installed them into my shoes. So I am a size 10.5 usually depending on the shoe. My girlfriend recommended me to buy insoles a size bigger then I needed; “better to cut down then be too short”. So I listened to her sound advice.CONS: They fit perfect in 2 pairs of size 10.5 shoes/boots. So words of the wise these insoles run small.PROS: Arrived 2 days ahead of time to Hawaii. I put my shoes and boots on with insoles installed and they seem comfortable.
This is my 4th pair of these I love them. Every shoe I buy now I buy these too. The soles that come with shoes are super thin and not supportive at all. These make a huge difference for your feet, legs and back when on your feet all day. I like this version because it's maximum cushion and normal arch. If your arch is a little low or a little high you may consider the other versions. I wear size 9 shoe and the 9-10.5 size fits my shoe perfectly.
The insoles had a Runner's World 2019 recommendation. According the the manufacturer (Marketing Manager), these insoles are designed for those with good feet looking for some extra comfort in their athletic shoes. These are NOT for those who have foot problems. Order specific to gender. Women's insoles are not smaller men's, but insoles designed for women's feet.I am 5'10', 195 lbs, wearing Saucony Cohesion 11 wide. I only pay $30-35 for these shoes. The medium size (11-12) insole slipped into my shoe without trimming. It's cozy, but not cramped. I put the new insoles in an older pair of shoes that still have life, except that the insole was barely good for walking. I have well over 200 miles on these shoes.I was going to test them out with a 7.5 mile run, but decided to do 13.2 miles. The insoles held up and worked just fine.
Bro...I work an active job, and also run long distance and train boxing in my spare time (Youtube "Streetbeefs Uptime")Needless to say, I have all kinds of fancy boots, sneakers, and loafers for every occasion...New Balance is my favorite brand for running, especially the Minimus line for over a decade now.Anyways, over the years I have also purchased and swapped out dozens of aftermarket insoles into every shoe...always looking for the most comfort and support throughout the day.I only have one pair of these that I have been switching from shoe to shoe...and bro...they have changed my life! They are super tough, super comfortable, springy, and have yet to bottom out...even through pounding them during shifts at the airport, long distance running, and bouncing up and down during boxing. Its been about 2 or 3 months also...incredible! The dull ache I pretty much always have in my feet during the week is GONEAnyways, finally getting another pair, just to keep the good vibes going, lolthanks for this amazing product
I was having problems with a new pair of shoes causing my feet to ache after wearing them for a full day. It was becoming an issue for me. I ordered a pair of these and they saved me from ditching this pair of shoes. I did not have to trim the insoles for them to fit. They fit well and the little grippy silicone portions seem to keep the insoles in place. The only issue created by using these insoles is that my feet ride high in the shoe and I get some tightness at the top of the toe box of the shoe. I could order the thinner version but I believe I need this thickness for the overall comfort I receive. I will likely buy another pair to put another shoe.
Skeptical that anything would help my plantar fasciitis but was desperate for some relieve and the reviews were positive for the support I was hoping for. They fit perfect into my shoes (size 7 to 8.5 mens, and i wear a size 8 mens shoe). And almost immediately I felt relief. They support in all the right places for me and by the end of the day, I felt almost normal, which hasn't been the case for quite some time. I was worried they be too bulky in my shoe but it was not a problem, a tad noticeable but did not bring any discomfort or affect how my shoe fit. If they weren't so expensive i would buy more for my other shoes. For now I just move them to what ever shoe I want to wear.
I wear US11 men's shoes and bought the 11-12 for my Merrell Ventilators. These were a perfect fit and didn't require any trimming. While this was good news for me, it means it is too small for those looking for insoles in size 12. You will have to go up a size. The insoles are still too thick in my opinion. I can feel my heel rolling around a bit more versus the standard Merrell insoles (which basically are the paper thin styrofoam insoles that most shoes come with).I had to get new insoles because my Merrell insoles started to stink badly. I think they used cheap foam/fabric that wasn't treated or designed to fight odors. I don't want to sound like "my stuff don't stink" but I don't have body odors and never wear deodorant. I can wear the same socks for over a week, or run with the same pair of shoes for 800 miles and they'd still smell neutral. Yet, these Merrells were only less than 2 months old and stank to high heaven (sour/sweaty smell). The gel pads on these insoles provide some cushioning but it would have been better if it were half the thickness.Overall: 4/5 stars - a bit small for those looking to get a size 12, I didn't have to trim them at all for my US11 Merrell boots.
The sole itself is great so I am just going to focus on sizing. Hopefully this will help someone out there who is not sure about which size to go with.My shoe size is 10.5 Mens. My feet are relatively short but otherwise very wide. Normal (e.g. regular/narrow width) Nike shoes off-the-shelf won't fit me. Same for something fancy like Florsheim. I have to spring for something like 3E or 4E (extra wide width) in addition to the 10.5 size.I bought these soles specifically as replacements for my Asics Gel Nimbus 20 Boston Men's Running Shoe. With Asics, I always buy regular width as I find their shoes naturally wide enough to be comfortable. Now that you have the background, let's get to soles.Prior to this, I used Spenco brand. The latest were Hypersoles. Anyway, the 9-10.5 Spenco's fit perfectly into my Asics shoes. Upon reading the other reviews here, I realized SofSoles probably run somewhat small; hence, I decided to size one up and purchase the 11-12.5 for these SofSoles. My understanding was that I would have to trim them (not convenient, but not impossible- YouTube has videos). Anyway, I was very surprised- these 11-12.5 fit my 10.5 Asics shoes perfectly. As in, absolutely front-to-end perfect fit. So long-story short, if I had purchased the 9-10.5 I would have had to return.Recommendation: If you are on the large side of things as a guy, either 10.5 or greater in shoe size, and otherwise wide feet in general, go up one size on the scale for the insoles.Hope this helps!
These are the most comfortable insoles I have ever worn. They are tied with the Medear Memory Foam insoles with Anti-Fatigue Core when it comes to reducing fatigue and pain due to plantar fasciitis. I work at a fulfillment center and am standing most of my 8-10 hour shift working a receiving line. Plus, I may walk a mile or two during the workday. I use these on a pair of cheap Skechers Stamina Cutback that I picked up at a Sam’s Club for under $20. The combination of those Skechers and these insoles give me more comfort than any other model of Skechers, UA or New Balance that I’ve tried.Really happy with these insoles and highly recommend them.
