Can I sleep with the bunion splint on?
Yes, after incrementally increasing the length of time worn each day,the splint can be worn throughout the night for supportive pain relief.
I have narrow feet. Will the bunion splint work for me?
Yes! The corrective brace is adjustable for a secure fit on most feet, up to a maximum arch circumference of 14 inches.
Can these bunion splints be worn with shoes?
Yes, Our splints can be worn with shoes or any footwear, however, they may need to be a size larger than usual.
Will the bunion splint heal my bunions?
The splint will slow the progression of bunions and will reduce pain and inflammation caused by them, but cannot heal them completely.
How do I wash my bunion splints?
It is recommended that the splints are hand washed with a mild detergent in cold water and air dried.
Can I walk with my bunion splints on?
Yes, the splints are designed to allow you to walk while providing corrective support for your big toe.
Is this a single splint or do I get one for each foot?
The bunion splint is packaged as a pair, one for the left foot and one for the right.

How To Wear:
Use the right or left support for the affected foot
Align the aluminum plate parallel to the bunion
Wrap the toe strap around the big toe and secure to the splint
Wrap the middle foot strap around the foot arch and secure to the splint. (logo should be facing up)
Care and Cleaning:
Hand wash with a mild detergent in cold water. Hang to dry. Materials can be machine washed, but it is not recommended, as doing so will shorten the lifespan of the materials

Calceus hopes you will be satisfied with every purchase you make, but in some cases a customer may want to return an item. Please send us your return request via email within 30 days after receiving the delivery:
Email us with your invoice/tracking number and pictures attached of the received item/package and detailed information to describe the issue. Your request will be processed and confirmed via email. On working days usually within 72 hours. NOTES: Our return policy lasts for 30 days. Please contact us within 30 days upon receipt of your items.
If our company is responsible for the issue, e.g. quality problem and items missing, we will give you a full refund.

Please note that we can help you modify your order before shipment.
It includes changing the size or the color of an item, removing an item, changing your shipping address.
Once your package shipped, we will not be able to change anything.
As you know, Calceus is a large online shop, which has a large number of orders every day.
Our warehouse staff will process those parcels one by one in chronological order.
When you place an order, it may show that one item is still in stock.
But in fact, the item was pre-ordered by other previous orders and may be out-of-stock when we process your order.
Tracking your order is simple and easy to do. We will send you an email letting you know once your order has shipped. You can log into your Calceus account and find all your order information. Click on "My Orders" and click on "View Order Details" and you can find out where your package is.
There are two types of order cancellations.
1. Canceling an unpaid order.
An unpaid order will be canceled automatically after 24 hours.
2. Canceling a paid order.
To cancel a paid order, you will need to submit a ticket here and send all the necessary information.
Here at Calceus, we cannot cancel orders which have been shipped out.
In other words, once you receive our shipment notice, the order cannot be canceled.
Then please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to arrange "return for refund".
We will send you an email once your order has shipped. If you did not receive an email, you may have entered your email incorrectly or it could of went to your spam folder. It normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order and we will then ship your package out. If you have not received an email about your order being shipped within 7 days of the date you placed your order then please contact Calceus customer service here.
If you have not received a confirmation email about your order, you may have registered your email incorrectly or the email might be in your spam folder. You may log into your Calceus account and click "My Orders" button to see your orders. You may also mail to service@calceus.org to find out more information about your order.
Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed. While we make all refunds immediately, it can take up to 7-10 business days to reflect in some bank accounts. Please check your bank statements/PayPal account after this time.
